Dimitrios Kypreos, Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, stated that Serbia had made an “enormous progress in the course of 2009” and added that it achieved a “very important position in the region”.

READ MORETwo projects amounting to 27 million dinars are going to be implemented in Medvedja thanks to the funds provided by the National Investment Plan (NIP). The more important of the two projects is the construction (first phase) of the sewage sytem from the center of Medvedja to Sijarinska Spa, into which 20 million dinars will be invested. Also provided by the NIP are the funds necessary for renovating the main srteet in Medvedja, while the estimated value of the project is 6.7 million dinars. In addition, the local self-government of Medvedja submitted to the NIP four projects, the overall value of which is 200 million dinars.
