    Belgrade – Representatives of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the German humanitarian aid organization “Help” signed the agreement, under which the implementation of partnership programs to reduce youth unemployment in South Serbia and Sandzak will be extended. USAID is obliged by the agreement to provide training in basic business skills to a group of 259 winners of ”Help” grants to start up production, which amounts to 3, 000 US dollars per person.
