Bujanovac – On the occasion of April 23, which is the World Book Day, the “November 14” library in Bujanovac hosted, yesterday, students and teachers of Bujanovac elementary and secondary schools "Branko Radičević", "Sezai Surroi", "Saint Sava" and "Naim Fraseri".
Among the guests were representatives of the sponsor of the event, the "Societe Generale" bank, as well as Lidija Petrovic, the Library Director.
While talking with the guests, Lidija Trajkovic, the Bujanovac Library Director, thanked the bank for the gift – the paying of a hundred free library subscriptions to schools in Bujanovac.
Under the UNESCO’s decision of 1995, the World Book Day is observed on April 23.
