WORKING HOURS AND MODES OF OPERATION OF  MUNICIPALITY OF MEDVEDJA’S ADMINISTRATION DURING STATE OF EMERGENCY

Medvedja – For the purpose of curbing the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the municipal administration of the municipality of Medvedja closed public counters during the state of emergency, which is in accordance with the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia 05 No .: 53-2561 / 2020 of March 16, 2020.

The municipal administration of the municipality of Medvedja directs communication or work with clients to the use of telephone and e-mails. 

Due to the realization of this measure, while the Decision on the State of Emergency is in force, the municipal administration enables the parties that need to file a letter or act before the administrative body or get some information within the competence of the municipality, to contact the competent department beforehand and agree on the procedure from 8 am to 1 pm each working day. This may be done in the following manner:

– By means of mail: Municipal administration of the municipality of Medvedja, Kralja Milana 48, 16 240 Medvedja,

– By e-mail: pisarnica@medvedja.org.rs

– By phone:  016/891-138

Citizens' submissions in written form will be dealt with even when they were not submitted on the prescribed forms.
