Bujanovac – The President of the Municipality of Bujanovac, Nagip Arifi, received  representatives of the local community (LC) of Ljiljance and promised that all the problems of that village would be solved, said Slavoljub Ristic, the Leader of the Local Community.  

“The talk was constructive. We presented the current problems and had a promise from the municipal president that all of them would be solved," Mr. Ristic said.

These problems include village streets, alleys and roads in the entire territory of the local community.

“It was agreed to set up the culverts in a few days. As soon as the weather conditions improve and the public procurement for the execution of those works is completed, mechanical works and partial placing of gravel will begin. The completion of the building of the local community will be accelerated as much as possible, so that the building could be completed and handed over for use as soon as possible. The problem of water supply in Ljiljanace, which has been bothering the locals for a long time, will be solved by installing a new pump, which is the cause of the problem of poor water supply, " Mr. Ristic said.

He added that street lighting could not be solved before April due to the implementation of public procurement of electrical materials necessary for doing the complete repair work.

“We sincerely hope that the Municipal President, together with his associates, will fulfill his promises. We are grateful that he found the time for us and we are willing to cooperate," Mr. Ristic said.
