As part of the project “I like Bujanovac”, which was supported by the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, the Center for Tolerance and Integration of South Serbia announced an open competition in writing and drawing/painting on the topic of “Bujanovac as I See It”.
 
The said open competition is aimed at encouraging the young to take part in promotion of the municipality in which they live.

The topics of written pieces and drawings/paintings are as follows:
–   My favorite spot in Bujanovac
–   Places/events in Bujanovac that I monitor
–   Multi-culture in Bujanovac
–   Advantages and disadvantages of Bujanovac

Terms and conditions for applying for the open competition:
–   All those who were born in Bujanovac and who are up to 30 years of age may apply for the open competition.
–   It is necessary that authors of written pieces and drawings/paintings sign their creations. As for drawings/paintings, it is also necessary to submit a brief description of each of them.   
–   Written pieces and drawings/paintings must be the authentic creations of applicants, which were done only by them.
–   Written pieces and brief descriptions of drawings/paintings that are to be submitted should be exclusively in the mother tongue (Serbian, Albanian or Romany).

All those interested in the open competition may submit their written pieces and/or paintings by post, or they may personally bring them to the Center for Tolerance and Integration of South Serbia, which is located at Save Kovacevica bb, Room 3, Bujanovac (the envelope should be marked “For open competition”).   
The submission deadline is August 20, 2010.
