Bujanovac – A machine for removing the old layer of asphalt has been standing still in front of the building of the Albanian National Council in the center of Bujanovac for a week now.

The works on the reconstruction of the main street in Bujanovac were stopped again after only a few days due to, as the Bujanovac News portal unofficially found out, a faulty machine of the contractor, which is the "Saba Belca" company from Presevo.

The local self-government does not have information from the contractor about the cause of the new delay, so they could not say when the works would be resumed.

In the meantime, the traffic jams do not subside, while the two-way Bora Stankovic Street is especially problematic now, where the parking ban is not complied with, while the police still do not react.
