Bujanovac – Instead of the originally approved 150 students, 180 of them will be able to enroll in the first grade of the “Saint Sava” secondary vocational school in Bujanovac in the 2017/2018 school year.

Thanks to the understanding of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, this upbringing and educational institution will, after a two years’ time, reintroduce the educational profile of a business assistant, the enrollment code of which is PCBU SA 4LO1S.

Biserka Jovic, the School Principal, said that a supplement to the previously published contest had been posted on the Ministry's website:

“Our request for approving us the enrollment of business assistants has been positively resolved. We are going to enroll the whole class, which will consist of 30 graduated eighth graders. Instead of enrolling five classes in the first grade, we can, now, enroll six.  We, presently, have two educational profiles in the work area of economics, law and administration, that of a business assistant and that of a financial administrator, "School Principal Jovic said.

In addition to these two classes of 30 students each, the contest envisages the enrollment of 30 future nurses-teachers and mechanical technicians for motor vehicles each in the first grade of the “Saint Sava” secondary vocational school.

Also planned are two combined classes. 15 chefs and 15 confectioners will be trained in the first class, while the same number of welders and locksmiths will be trained in the second.  The training of welders and locksmiths will be carried out as part of the dual education.

It is expected that the entire generation of students, upon completion of three years of schooling, will immediately get jobs at the companies where they will do their internships, which will primarily depend on their personal commitment.
