Due to the difficulties in conducting business operations, which were caused by the COVID-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications has launched a public call for the allocation of subsidies for supporting the operation of travel agencies that organize tourist trips.
Due to the difficulties in conducting business operations, which were caused by the COVID-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications has launched a public call for the allocation of subsidies for supporting the operation of travel agencies that organize tourist trips. The subsidies are given to cover the cost of providing travel guarantees, while the payment will be made depending on the category of license.
For licenses of category A 10, up to a maximum up of 2,250 euros will be paid, for licenses of category A 15, a maximum of 2,500 euros will be paid, for licenses of category A 20, up to a maximum of 3,000 euros, for licenses of category A 25, a maximum of up to 3,500 euros, for licenses of category A 35, up to a maximum of 4,000 euros and for a category A 40 licenses, up to a maximum of 5,000 euros will be paid.
The subsidies will be paid in dinar counter-value calculated at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day when state financial assistance was granted.
Companies, other legal entities or entrepreneurs that have a license for organizing tourist trips have the right to use the grant.
The application form for the use of funds can be downloaded from the official website of the Ministry www.mtt.gov.rs.
Requests for the use of subsidies are to be submitted to the Ministry, which is located at the address: Omladinskih brigada 1, 11070 New Belgrade. In addition, applicants are to submit a scanned, filled in and signed application form to the following e-mail address: ivana.avramov@mtt.gov.rs
The application deadline is December 4, 2020.
150 million dinars have been earmarked for the subsidies.
