You are invited to cover a working visit of Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, to Bujanovac on Monday and Tuesday, October 7 and 8.   During the two-day visit, each meeting will be followed by issuing statements to the press.

The President of the Coordination Body will begin his visit at 10 am on Monday, October 7, by having a meeting with representatives of the Serbian political parties on the premises of the Coordination Body.

Then, at 11.15 am, Mr. Stankovic will have a meeting with Michael Davenport, the Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia.

This will be followed, at 12 o’clock noon, by a meeting with the Mayor of Bujanovac, Nagip Arifi, and the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Muhedin Fiuljanin.   

At 1 pm, a ceremony promoting the third generation of students of Subotica Faculty of Economics’ Department will be held at the Cultural Center’s large hall. 

Speakers at the ceremony, among others, include Nenad Vunjak, the Dean, the Faculty of Economics, Subotica, Nagip Arifi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, Miroslav Vesković, the Rector, the University of Novi Sad, Vulnet Ameti, the Rector, the University of Tetovo, Muhedin Fijuljanin, the State Secretary of  the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development;  Zoran Stankovic, PhD, the President of the  Coordination Body, students of the Faculty of Economics’ Department in Bujanovac, Michael Davenport, the Head of the EU Delegation  to Serbia, Galip Beciri, the President of the Albanian National Council, Peter Burkhard, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia.

A meeting will be held on the premises of the Faculty of Economics’ Department at 3 pm – the attendees include the President of the Coordination Body,  Zoran Stankovic, PhD,  the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Nenad Vunjak, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Muhedin Fijuljanin, the Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Michael Davenport, the OSCE Ambassador to Serbia, Peter Burkhard, the Mayor of Bujanovac, Nagip Arifi, the President  of the Albanian National Council, Galip Beciri.

On Tuesday, October 8, Mr. Stankovic, the Coordination Body’s President, will talk to the Acting Director of “Gumoplastika”, Nenad Ristic, after which he will tour the factory. Statements to the press are planned at 12.30 am.

At 1 am, the Coordination Body’s President will meet, in the small hall of the Cultural Center in Bujanovac, with the businessmen from Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja who received the subsidies from the Coordination Body in 2013.
