The Minister said that all farmers would be eligible for three-year loans, with a one- percent interest and a one-year grace period.
“We will earmark about 100 million euros to help agriculture, "the Minister said, adding that all subsidies for the purchase of machinery would remain in force, and reminded that the state adopted the strategy to support winemaking.
