Medvedja – The President of the Municipality of Medvedja, Nebojsa Arsic, held a meeting with the principals of schools and preschools and on that occasion pointed out that everything was done for the smooth start of classes in schools and kindergartens in that municipality, where about 800 students and preschoolers would start the new school year with the wholehearted support of the line ministry and local self-government.

“It is very important that classes take place in schools and that, in addition to taking care of students' health, socialization and socializing between students, as well as communication and physical activity are enabled. The most important thing is the health of students and adherence to the instructions of the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Serbia, while the quality of teaching in the classroom can be achieved during a 30 – minute class, certainly much more than during distance learning, "Mr. Arsić said.

He is sure, he says, that students, if they comply with everything that is prescribed, will avoid the risks or reduce them to the minimum. He also wished good luck to the students, teachers and the students’ parents in the new school year, which begins on September 1.

"In the new conditions, the teachers will have to change the way they teach and give up the classical methods, so that they will familiarize their students with the most important facts. Since the class will last 30 minutes, teachers will have to focus on the most important segments of the teaching unit and be in constant contact with their students, "said Slavica Djonić, the Principal of the" Gornja Jablanica" elementary school in Medvedja.
