Slavko Ćuruvija fondacija poziva lokalne medije sa područja Republike Srbije da pošalju svoje predloge projekata u okviru Fonda solidarnosti, kojim Fondacija želi da pomogne lokalnim medijima da prevaziđu krizu izazvanu globalnom pandemijom COVID 19.
The Slavko Curuvija Foundation invites local media from the territory of the Republic of Serbia to send their project proposals within the Solidarity Fund, by which the said foundation wishes to assist the local media with overcoming the crisis caused by the global COVID 19 pandemic.
The call for applications is intended for the local media that are particularly affected by the crisis and that actively report on the topics of public importance in their communities.
The media selected for support will include those that:
– Regularly produce informative contents;
– Report on and for the local area;
– Prioritize the public interest in their reporting;
– Respect the Code of Journalists of Serbia and accept the competence of the Press Council;
– Have been operational for at least three years;
– Have the annual budget that does not exceed five million dinars;
– Are registered with the Business Registers Agency.
The support is intended exclusively for the production of informative contents that are of public importance for the local communities from which the media come. The thematic framework of the call is not predetermined, but the proposed topics must be relevant to and useful for the citizens from those areas.
The costs of producing informative contents are allowed, as well as those of distributing and promoting the contents.
The maximum amount of the donation is 500,000 dinars. The maximum duration of the project is six months.
Mail the filled in application form in PDF or Word format to konkurs@slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs by July 7 at the latest.
The Slavko Curuvija Foundation, with the support of external advisors, will decide on the received applications.
