As previously announced by the Head of the municipal Department of Public Services, the competent commission has completed its part of the work and considered the candidates' complaints about the preliminary ranking list, which was published as far back as February 28.
However, Mr. Redzepi could not specify the date of the payment of 10 million dinars that the local self-government had set aside for Bujanovac university students.
"I can not say for sure when the students will receive scholarships, but I know it will be soon," Mr. Redzepi said.
University students from Bujanovac with an average grade of 9 and more can count on 22,000 dinars from the municipality, while others will receive smaller amounts.
The publication of the final ranking list and the payment of one-off financial assistance were delayed due to the declaration of the state of emergency caused by the corona virus, the municipality told the Bujanovac News.
