Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja – This year is going to be particularly important for those who are considering to start their own businesses, because they may expect the exemption from taxes and contributions for themselves, as well as for up to nine of their employees. 

To begin with, companies can be electronically registered, without using any paper. Online registration includes online application form signed by the entrepreneur’s or authorized applicant’s qualified electronic certificate,  while the application form is filled in on the website of the Agency for Business Registers, which enables electronic payment by credit cards. The decision on the establishment of a company is posted on the website of the Agency for Business Registers very quickly.   

Those who establish businesses may count on the exemption from payment of contributions for compulsory social insurance and taxes on wages, both in this, and in the following year. The exemption from payment of income tax applies to the income of entrepreneurs and to that of up to nine new employees in his/her company.

This year’s beginners in business will not have to use the seal in their dealings with banks, nor will they be obliged to issue paper invoices and deliver them to the partners by mail, but will be able to complete all the activities concerning the collection of payments for their work by electronic invoices.
