A 56 kilometers’ long route from Trnovac, by way of the old road to Presevo, via Biljaca and back, could be crossed by all those who met one requirement – had a bike. And there were twenty-four such persons.
The youngest participant in the bicycle race was 13 and the oldest 75 years old.
Mr. Ademi initiated the event hoping that it would become a tradition and that it would get more importance and support in the future.
Rafet Ademi said that the highest-ranking officials in Switzerland came to work by bicycle, which was a trend throughout Europe that promoted a healthy lifestyle.
