    Medvedja – Books are rarely published in Medvedja, because there is neither a publishing house nor a printing office in that municipality.   However, two publications on Medvedja were published and issued in Medvedja at the end of 2011. The tourist organization of Medvedja, with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, published, in both Serbian and English, with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, a richly illustrated brochure on Medvedja, which contains interesting information on its history, culture and modern development.  The brochure is focused on the tourist potentials of the region, particularly on Sijarinska Spa, whose 18 water springs have therapeutic properties.

    Bujanovac – Yesterday, a computer lab was handed over to first-year students of the Subotica-based Faculty of Economics’ department in Bujanovac.     Yesterday, H.E. Michael Davenport, the British Ambassador to Serbia, hosted, at his residence, ten male and female interns, who have been staying in Belgrade for five months as part of the” Internship Program for the Young”, who are members of ethnic minorities doing their internship at the Serbian governmental institutions.
