READ MOREMembers of the Independent Journalists' Association of Vojvodina (IJAV) called on their colleagues to express solidarity with the media, journalists and media workers who live and work in the flooded areas and who had been affected by or had lost their property in floods throughout Serbia. The IJAV said in a statement that it had joined the Foundation Board of the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia (IJAS) in order to assist by giving cash donations for the journalists and their families who had suffered damage to their property caused by floods. The said association urged its members to join in the campaign and added that it would itself finacially support the solidarity campaign.
