    NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICE (NEO) CALLS ON EMPLOYERS TO HIRE WORKERS FOR REPAIRING THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY FLOODS0

    Belgrade – The National Employment Office (NEO) called on all employers in Serbia that have the openings and the need for workers to engage them in the rehabilitation and revitalization of the areas devastated by floods. Employers are asked to turn to the NEO for the purpose of being provided with workers of all profiles and professions.  Employers are asked to contact the relevant National Employment Branch Offices, where the applications for the selection of needed workers are to be submitted.

    “BIVODA” PROVIDES MORE AID0

    Bujanovac’s "Bivoda" sent a third tow truck with the aid in bottled water to the population of the flooded areas in Serbia.

    Dejan Djelic, Director of "Bivoda", says that the total amount of bottled water that the plant has donated so far is 65, 500 liters, which were packaged in two to six- liter bottles.

    SERBIAN JOURNALISTS’ ASSOCIATIONS PROVIDE AID TO THE POULATION AND COLLEAGUUES IN FLOODED AREAS0

    Members of the Independent Journalists' Association of Vojvodina (IJAV) called on their colleagues to express solidarity with the media, journalists and media workers who live and work in the flooded areas and who had been affected by or had lost their property in floods throughout Serbia. The IJAV said in a statement  that it had joined the Foundation Board of the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia (IJAS) in order to assist  by giving cash donations for the journalists and their families who had suffered  damage to their property caused by floods.  The said association urged its members to join in the campaign and added that it would itself finacially support the solidarity campaign.
