Presevo – Members of the Army of Serbia undertook the “Doctor in the Village” activity in the Presevo municipality’s villages of Kurbalija, Stanevce and Depce, during which they medically examined the local villagers.

Since the said villages are mountainous ones and can be reached only by field vehicles, the villagers don’t often have the opportunity to visit the doctor in Presevo, stated the Serbian Army on its website.

General medical examinations were carried out and blood pressure was controlled, whereas the patients mostly complained of high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, and increased blood sugar.

The Fourth Army Brigade, in cooperation with the Red Cross, undertook the aforementioned activity, which was the third activity undertaken this year.
