As part of the project "First Decade of Youth Work Recognition", which is implemented by the National Association of Youth Work Practitioners (NAPOR) with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, a call for training for the use of the Moodle platform is announced.
Moodle is a free learning management system. It has been developed on pedagogical principles and is used for blended learning, distance education, online classrooms and the like. It is used in formal education (in schools, universities), but it is also suitable for the activities undertaken with young people in the field of non-formal education. It is easy to use and has the ability for developing interactive educational activities.
During the training, you will have the opportunity to learn the following aspects:
• Laying the foundation for group work during the course
• Familiarizing the participants with the technical aspects of the platform
• Various activities and resources within the Moodle platform
• The basics of creating online courses in non-formal education and youth work
• Practical work
• Further clarification of the technical aspects of the platform
The training will be organized on the Moodle and ZOOM platforms, from May 18 to 22, 2020 (On May 18. – one hour during the day; On May 19 – one hour during the day; On May 22 – from 5 pm to 6.30 pm).
All selected participants will receive more detailed information by an e-mail.
The call is open to all interested persons who want to organize activities for the young. The number of vacancies is limited to 24 persons, so please fill in the application form on the link: https://forms.gle/sFEw4UFr59VfP7bn9 by 12 o’clock noon on May 15, 2020, at the latest. .
The selection of candidates will be made by a commission composed of employees of the NAPOR Secretariat. The selection implies exclusive scoring based on the data provided in the application form.
