The Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Team of the Government of the Republic of Serbia invites legal entities (those with the status of legal entities: civil society organizations, research organizations, marketing agencies, etc.) to provide professional and technical support in conducting a survey aimed at getting an insight into the corona virus epidemic on members of vulnerable groups and the preparation of proposed measures for the post-crisis period. 

At least 100 and at most 1,500 members of vulnerable groups (poor multi-generational families, single-parent families, elderly households, Roma households, homeless persons, persons with disabilities, women who have suffered partner violence, refugees and internally displaced persons, migrants etc) will take part in the survey in at least one, and at most 5 cities and/ or in at least one, and at most 3 local self-governmental units in the Republic of Serbia.

The research should enable the assessment of the needs, challenges and risks caused by the corona virus epidemic, as well as an insight into the subjective feeling of a change in the position of members of vulnerable groups due to the crisis period. The focus of the survey will be on the changes in housing conditions, health status, education, household income and expenses, access to the services and rights in the social protection system. Based on the results of the survey, recommendations will be formulated for the measures in the post-crisis period that will contribute to reducing the additional vulnerability caused by the corona virus epidemic.

Interested legal entities should submit the forms/attachments that are available in the request for submitting the statement of interest (http://socijalnoukljucivanje.gov.rs/sr/o-nama/javne-nabavke/), which refer to: 1) Basic information on the legal entity in the Serbian language (Attachment 1); 2) Information on the experience in implementing similar activities in the Serbian language (Attachment 2), 3) Biographies of the key personnel members in the English language (Attachment 3). The statement of interest should be e-mailed to slavica.denic@gov.rs  by 4 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at the latest.
