Belgrade –  The payment of another minimum salary of 30,367 dinars to employees in tourism and catering will begin on Monday, December 14, announced the Minister of Finance, Sinisa Mali.

Minister Mali pointed out that the Tax Administration had published a list of 12,037 companies that had exercised the right to state aid. The list includes companies in the field of catering and tourism.

"The money will be paid to the companies in special purpose accounts opened by the Treasury Administration for that purpose," said Minister Mali.

The payment procedure has been simplified, so that only one arrival of an authorized person of a business entity in the competent branch of the Treasury Administration is required, it is stated on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

“The point at issue is about sector support for 72,500 employees of travel agencies, car rental companies, catering facilities and hotels. This additional financial support will mean something to the employees in this sector who are most at risk due to the corona virus pandemic. We will also pay 5,000 dinars to pensioners at the end of the week”,  Minister Mali said.

The Ministry of Finance states that one may find on the website of the Treasury Administration www.trezor.gov.rs the locations of the nearest branch, as well as the information on what documentation for the payment of subsidy funds the authorized persons of the business entity should bring.
