Eight more families that consist of refugees and displaced persons, who are currently accommodated in collective centers in Medvedja, will get “roofs over their heads” by this September. Two new blocks of flats will be constructed for them at the site located opposite the city buss station, where four buildings were built for them as long as six years ago, where 16 such families were permanently accommodated then.

This project is jointly financed by the German NGO ASB and the European Commission, while the total investment amounts to 1.8 million euros.
