Medvedja – According to the latest official data on the COVID – 19 Statistics website, 35 people from the territory of the municipality of Lebane are in self-isolation due to the contacts with persons infected with the COVID-19 virus. According to these data, there are 19 such people in the territory of the municipality of Medvedja, while most such cases are in Leskovac, where there are 164 self-isolated people.

The Head of the Health Center in Medvedja, Dragan Andjelkovic, said that 8 people were infected with the corona virus in Medvedja, of whom 3 were miners, and that the results for another 15 people arrived yesterday and that they were all negative. 4 more miners were tested yesterday, and their results are expected today.

The Head of the Health Center in Lebane, Vladan Stanojevic, said that in addition to 8 infected people, another person was positive for the corona virus. The two persons who are at the Infectious Diseases Clinic in Nis are, for the time being, in a stable condition.
