Bujanovac – At a meeting held at the Cultural Center, citizens chose 45 candidates for the Council of the local community of Bujanovac, as well as three members of the electoral commission and their deputies.
The elections for the Council will be held on the premises of the local community of Bujanovac, which are located in the building of the former Committee, from 10 am to 6 pm on March 18.
According to Bozidar Taskovic, the current President of the local community of Bujanovac, citizens will choose 21 candidates from 45 members of the Council, who will later elect the President.
“The Council has 9 representatives of Serbs, 7 of Albanians and 5 representatives of the Roma community with the most votes, "Mr. Taskovic said.
