Presheva ka shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mjete finansiare n\u00eb krahasim me ato nj\u00eb milion euro q\u00eb ka n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr investim. Kryetari i komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs vuri n\u00eb dukje se nevojat aktuale t\u00eb komun\u00ebs arrijn\u00eb nj\u00eb cif\u00ebr prej m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se 20 milion\u00eb
