Agjensionet e KB-s\u00eb bashkpunojn\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha komunat e Rrethit t\u00eb P\u00e7inj\u00ebs dhe Jabllanic\u00ebs, me Qeverin\u00eb e S\u00ebrbis\u00eb si dhe me Trupin Koordinues t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb S\u00ebrbis\u00eb p\u00ebr komunat e Preshev\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Medvegj\u00ebs, Zyr\u00ebn e mbrojt\u00ebsit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe me Komesarijatin p\u00ebr refugjat.<\/p>\n<p>PBILD programi do ti ndihmoj\u00eb Rrethit t\u00eb P\u00e7inj\u00ebs dhe Jabllanic\u00ebs n\u00eb ballafaqimin me problemet aktuale t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit,duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe problemet lidhur me zhvillimin profesional dhe p\u00ebrshtatjen e kurrikulumeve shkollore.<\/p>\n<p>Ekipi i PBILD, i cili punon nga Zyra e KB-s\u00eb n\u00eb Bujanoc, p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 14 antar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar nga secila prej gjasht agjensioneve partnere t\u00eb KB-s\u00eb. Ekipi punon si \u201eNj\u00eb KB\u201c, pran\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt secili agjension \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer aktivitetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb specializuar. PBILD programi \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm tet\u00eb milion dollar\u00eb, dhe finansohet nga\u00a0 pes\u00eb donator\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj nd\u00ebrkombtar\u00eb:\u00a0 Fondi spanjoll\u00eb p\u00ebr arritjen e Objektivave t\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Mij\u00ebvje\u00e7arit, Agjencia Suedeze p\u00ebr Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (SIDA), Agjencia Zvicerane p\u00ebr Zhvillim dhe Bashk\u00ebpunim (SDC), Norvegjia dhe UNDP.
