\n\t\u201eQart\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tentim i manipulimit edhe transmetimi i k\u00ebtij lajmi q\u00eb t\u00eb trazoj publikun dhe t\u00eb arsyetojn sjelljen e paligj\u00ebshme dhe procedurat\u201c, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Zoran Stankoviqi, kryetar\u00eb i Trupit koordinues p\u00ebr komunat Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb. \u201eE v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb\u201c, tregoji Stnakoviqi, \u201eq\u00eb dikush ka provuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj kontraband\u00eb me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 6.000 tekste shkollore n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe t\u00eb i'a ndaj\u00eb f\u00ebmive prej klas\u00ebs par\u00eb deri n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs fillore dhe e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb librat jan\u00eb marr\u00eb sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb shkel ligji, kure nuk ka pasur asnje dokument p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u201eOrganet e autorizuar t\u00eb shetit kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin dhe nuk kan\u00eb \u201etorturuar\u201c siq kan\u00eb transmetuar disa media. E v\u00ebrtet \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb pjestar\u00ebt e policis\u00eb dhe inspektor\u00ebt e krimeve ekonomike nga Vranja dhe Presheva kan\u00eb kryer hetimet me urdh\u00ebrin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebs prokurorit publik, i cili ka nisur hetimet lidhur me hyrjen e paligj\u00ebshme t\u00eb librave. N\u00eb vendin e ngjarjes \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtetur q\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrcjellje t\u00eb librave nuk pasur anj\u00eb dokument p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebs dhe se nuk ekzistojn\u00eb emrat se kush i ka sjell k\u00ebto libra. Poashtu, inspektor\u00ebt e policis\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb marrur me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e teksteve shkollore\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Stankoviqi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAj ka sqaruar se ekziston procedura ligjore e cila ua lejon n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb propozimit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit nacional Shqiptar\u00eb, pas\u00eb verifikimit dhe miratimit nga Ministria e arsimit, ligj\u00ebrisht t\u00eb importojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin tekstett shkollore n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e pakicave. K\u00ebshtu thot\u00eb Stankoviqi, deri tani Ministria e arsimit p\u00ebr fillorist\u00ebt n\u00eb Preshv\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb i ka miratuar 88 tekste shkollore dhe fletore pune n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u201eP\u00ebr ngjarjen n\u00eb fshatin Rainc\u00eb dhe marrjen e teksteve i kemi njoftuar OSBE dhe bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Shum\u00eb her\u00eb kam\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, po them\u00eb prap, Kushtetutn dhe ligjin t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj toke dhe konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr pakicat nacionale duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb rrespektohet dhe t\u00eb njejtat jan\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith qytetar\u00ebt e S\u00ebrbis\u00eb, po ashtu edhe p\u00ebr pjestar\u00ebt e pakicave Shqiptare\u201c, ka deklaruar kryetari i Trupit koordinues.<\/p>\n
