Ai ka th\u00ebn se numri i madh i t\u00eb rrezikuarve social mund t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit dhe shtoi se mund t\u00eb paraqiten kategorit\u00eb e rrezikuar social, harxhuesit e rrezikuar sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor<\/p>\n
