\n\tKy program ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim avansimin e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb t\u00eb rinj\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi, duke iu siguruar mund\u00ebsi njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj pun\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb lidhem mir\u00eb me tregun e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\n\tN\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur konkursi p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb subjekteve ekonomike, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrmes programit do t\u00eb sigurohet sh\u00ebrbimi i zgjedhjes s\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e veta, finansimin e pages\u00ebs s\u00eb praktikant\u00ebve n\u00eb periudh prej kat\u00ebr muajve, mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e zhvillimit dhe forcimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve p\u00ebr realizimine\u00a0 programit t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes trajnimit p\u00ebr mentor, si edhe promovimin n\u00eb nivel nacional, pa ndonj\u00eb barr\u00eb shtes\u00eb n\u00eb buxhet t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

\n\tP\u00ebrmes projektit do t\u00eb angazhohen 24 praktikant\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa afati i parapar\u00eb i praktik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 4 muaj, n\u00eb periudh\u00eb prej n\u00ebntorit 2016 deri n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 2017. Praktikant\u00ebve t\u00eb zgjedhur do t`i sigurohet kompensimi modest n\u00eb vler\u00eb harxhimeve t\u00eb shuajtjes s\u00eb nxeht\u00eb dhe transportit lokal.<\/p>\n
