Gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb projekteve do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb korniz\u00ebn dhe procedurat institucionale p\u00ebr funksionimin e GIS, dhe do t\u00eb vendoset dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi i institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat hap\u00ebsinore.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tShuma maksimale e fondeve q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jepet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt individual \u00ebsht\u00eb 100,000 euro, dhe n\u00eb rast se dy apo m\u00eb shum\u00eb komuna t\u00eb konkurrojn\u00eb me projekte partnere, shuma maksimale \u00ebsht\u00eb 150.000 euro.
