N\u00eb projekt propozimet e tyre, ata mund t\u00eb konkurrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr sigurimin e pajisjeve t\u00eb IT dhe softuer\u00ebve t\u00eb licencuar n\u00eb lart\u00ebsi prej 7.000 deri n\u00eb 9.000 euro, si dhe t\u00eb thek\u00ebsojn\u00eb se p\u00ebr cilin ata kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje teknike p\u00ebr\u00a0 t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar e-administrat\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tN\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kuadrin komb\u00ebtar, programi zviceran PRO do t&#39;u siguroj\u00eb qeverive lokale mb\u00ebshtetje teknike t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur p\u00ebr nevojat e tyre individuale, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb ose p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb proceset dhe procedurat e brendshme, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb zbatimin e procedur\u00ebs elektronike administrative (eZUP), t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb e-sh\u00ebrbime ekzistuese ose t\u00eb reja, dhe zhvilluan zgjidhje p\u00ebr prezantimet n\u00eb internet t\u00eb nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjes lokale.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i inkurajojm\u00eb qeverit\u00eb lokale q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb propozime projekte n\u00eb zhvillimin dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e e-sh\u00ebrbim\u00ebve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e pakicave komb\u00ebtare, si dhe futjen e teknologjive ndihm\u00ebse q\u00eb do t\u00eb rriste aksesin e k\u00ebtyre sh\u00ebrbimeve p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.
