Praktika Fondacionit tregon se fondacionet lokale mund ta nxisin at\u00eb shoqat\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb b\u00ebhen nxit\u00ebsit kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshimit n\u00eb mjedisin e tyre. Ato veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet, bashki apo rajon, sigurojn\u00eb burimet e nevojshme dhe i mb\u00ebshtesin ata me bashk\u00ebpunim dhe veprime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme. \n\tFondacionet lokale ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, me rreth 2,000 mbledhjen e fondeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme nga individ\u00eb dhe biznese n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebt e tyre dhe nismat e tyre, me energji dhe njohuri, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb bot\u00ebn nj\u00eb vend m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne. K\u00ebshtu qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt u jepet mund\u00ebsia ta zgjidhin at\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, dhe donator\u00ebt t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin bashk\u00ebrisht vet\u00ebm ato zona q\u00eb ata i konsiderojn\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Fondacioni lokal gjithashtu u lejon t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve t\u00eb gjurmojn\u00eb rezultatet e angazhimit dhe investimit t\u00eb tyre. Ajo bashkon njer\u00ebz q\u00eb besojn\u00eb se ndryshimet e vogla mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb madh me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar ndryshime pozitive n\u00eb komunitetet e tyre. Vitet e fundit, ata kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur mbi 1500 projekte t\u00eb suksesshme me vler\u00eb mbi 13 milion euro n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Serbin\u00eb dhe rajonin.<\/p>\n
