T\u00eb gjitha mjetet p\u00ebr programet dhe projektet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Programi jan\u00eb siguruar me Ligjin p\u00ebr Buxhetin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Procedura e ndarjes s\u00eb mjeteve \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar nga nj\u00eb komision i formuar me vendim t\u00eb drejtorit, nd\u00ebrsa vendimin p\u00ebr shum\u00ebn dhe ndarjen e mjeteve e merr drejtori, me propozim t\u00eb komisionit. N\u00eb pun\u00ebn e komisionit kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e komunave Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">T\u00eb gjitha shoqatat t\u00eb cilave u \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar shfryt\u00ebzimi i mjeteve, pas propozimit t\u00eb komisionit t\u00eb konkursit dhe vendimit t\u00eb drejtorit p\u00ebr ndarjen e mjeteve, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb obliguara t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb kontrat\u00eb me Sh\u00ebrbimin e Trupit Koordinues, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet e pal\u00ebve kontraktuese, m\u00ebnyra e realizimit t\u00eb programit dhe m\u00ebnyra e raportimit p\u00ebr shpenzimin e mjeteve.
