Në emër të Konferencës së Përhershme të qyteteve dhe komunave, e cila ishte organizatore e kësaj ngjarjeje, të pranishmit i përshëndeti Dunja Naiq, sekretare e Këshillit për Financa. Ajo ka folur rreth rolit të SKGO në përgaditjen e programit të buxhetit dhe ndihmës të njësive të vetqeverisjeve lokale përmes programit ,,Exchange 4″, të cilin e financon Bashkimi Europian.
