Vranje – Just a few days after informing people through the town’s website that a digitized edition of the “Dictionary of South Serbia’s Speech” had been posted on the www. vranje. co. rs website, the site became non-operational.  It is still unknown whether the site had been targeted by hackers or the point at issue is a technical problem, but in any case, interested visitors are currently unable to see the electronic version of the dictionary, which was written by Prof.  Momcilo Zlatanovic, PhD, and which contains 10, 950 concepts. The said dictionary was developed on the basis of the third edition of the eponymous dictionary of Prof. Zlatanovic, on the development of which he had worked for 10 years.
