We understand how important it is for a young inexperienced person to shine during job interviews and show himself/herself in the best light. We believe that it is important to give young people encouragement and all the necessary information, so that they could become  confident in themselves. The idea of the webinar is to go through all the steps of the candidate selection process together. We will talk about how you should write your CV, what information it should contain, how it should be structured, how selection processes can vary from position to position, what the selection process can contain, what types of tests and tasks you can expect and what their purpose is, and at the very end of the webinar we will talk about the interview! We will share with you some tricks and give you tips that will solve all your worries regarding the job interview.
