The US Agency for International Development (USAID) issued a call for applications for financial support to the projects of local civil society organizations dealing with the involvement of citizens in the reform process and in the areas such as good governance and accountability, the media, community development and the rule of law.
The US Agency for International Development (USAID) issued a call for applications for financial support to the projects of local civil society organizations dealing with the involvement of citizens in the reform process and in the areas such as good governance and accountability, the media, community development and the rule of law.
The specific objective of the call: to increase cooperation between citizens, civil society stakeholders, the private sector and the government for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency and inclusiveness of the reform process. The program will focus on civic engagement, participation in public policies and on improving the quality of life in local communities in Serbia.
Eligible to apply: local civil society organizations in Serbia.
The projected total amount of funds: 12,000,000 US dollars
The amount of funding per project: from 500,000 to 2,000,000 US dollars
Application deadline: April 30, 2018
