Vranje – A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation by and between four municipalities of the Pcinj district and the USAID was signed in Vranje. The said MoU was signed by Presidents of the Municipalities of Bujanovac, Presevo, Vladicin Han and by the Mayor of Vranje.

The point at issue is a new local development program, which will enable the proper operation of the local, private and civilian sectors.
