Medvedja – The municipality of Medvedja, with the financial support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, is implementing the project "I am My Own WEM Master."

At the first training for the project, Nebojsa Arsic, the Mayor of Medvedja, welcomed all the beneficiaries of the training and wished that they would successfully undergo all the planned training courses.  

The young will undergo a training course in setting up and maintaining web sites in the "Joomla" application, as well as a training course in developing the website of the Youth Office.

The planned activities of the Medvedja Youth Office in the forthcoming period include the following training courses:

1. "Be a Private Entrepreneur," which will be held through the following workshops: How to Establish a Company and Start your own Business; Budgeting and Business Plan Development and Project Writing;

2. "Career Managing", along with a workshop on how to write a CV and motivation and cover letters;

3. Training course called "Agro-Business is the Best Business", together with the following workshops: Contemporary Cultural Practices in Agriculture and Branding, Marketing and Sales;

4. Discussion on "Healthy Lifestyles and Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse."

The above-mentioned training courses will be held at the newly-established Youth Info Center, which is located in the building of the community center of Medvedja.
