Which is a way of thinking that characterizes successful entrepreneurs? What are the basic knowledge, attitudes and skills that they need to possess?

There are a lot of challenges, problems and obstacles that entrepreneurs face every day in the development of their personal businesses. Starting your own business is not an easy task, but one thing is certain – there must be a good entrepreneur standing behind each and every good company.  

On that occasion, a one-day training entitled Entrepreneurial Mindset, which was provided in accordance with the CEFE methodology, is organized. The training will be held at the Rectorate of the University of Novi Sad from 3 pm to 8 pm on Monday, December 17.

CEFE (Competency-based Economies through Formation of Enterprises) is a methodology intended for the training and development of entrepreneurs, managers and employees in order to develop and improve their managerial and personal skills. This methodology has been developed since the 1980s and is considered one of the most successful methods for adult learning and business development.

The learning process in accordance with the CEFE methodology is based on four dimensions: knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits. All resources and creative energy of individuals are directed towards the development of businesses, the improvement of their skills and the generation of new entrepreneurs.

The seats are limited to 25 and it is necessary for participants in the event to sign up for it.
