The Resource Center for Civil Society Organizations (RC) in Serbia issued a call for Training for the Organizational Development of Civil Society intended for the representatives of organizations who want to learn the basics of the functioning of associations in Serbia.
The Resource Center for Civil Society Organizations (RC) in Serbia issued a call for Training for the Organizational Development of Civil Society intended for the representatives of organizations who want to learn the basics of the functioning of associations in Serbia.
The training will last for two days and will be held on September 24 and 25, 2019 in Novi Sad.
The aim of the training is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations in Serbia to accomplish their missions more effectively and is intended for newly established organizations that need support in organizing and planning activities. During the training, various topics relevant to the well-functioning and development of organizations will be covered, such as the administrative and financial management of associations, human resources management, communication and public relations and the ways of raising funds.
If you want to:
- Direct your organization's work toward strategic goals
- Work to develop your potential and recognize the benefits you have
- Familiarize yourself with the legal regulations of the functioning of the association
- Learn the administrative procedures that will make your work easier
- Familiarize yourself with the tools for online and offline promotion of the association
- Gain new knowledge of non-project financing for better sustainability of the association,
then this is training for you!
Up to 20 representatives of civil society organizations (one representative from each selected CSO) are expected to attend the training, which meet the following requirements:
- That the organization has not existed for more than three years
- That it has been registered with APR
- That it has completed at least one project (either as a project partner or project promoter)
- That there is a high motivation and commitment to the development of the organization
- That the organization has developed ideas or planned activities for the next year (activity plan).
