Bujanovac – Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, will visit, today, the premises of the Red Cross Branch Office in Bujanovac, where the meals for 1,200 soup kitchen beneficiaries are cooked and distributed.  

Funds for the purchase of 10 basic meal ingredients, amounting to around 9.3 million dinars, are provided by the Ministry of Labor, as well as funds for the preparation and distribution of meals, amounting to 7.8 million dinars, because the local self-government does not want to participate in the financing of the soup kitchen, it was said in a statement issued by the Ministry of Labor.

The Ministry also provided funds for the renewal of the soup kitchen equipment, which includes cooking pots, multiple ovens, food distribution devices and small kitchen equipment, as well as uniforms for the soup kitchen staff, it was said in the statement.
