Bujanovac – As part of the celebration of Children's Week, the Mayor of Bujanovac, Saip Kamberi, hosted in his office children from the preschool institution "Our Joy".
Led by Milovan Aleksic, the Head of the institution, the traditional visit to the municipal president’s office included children from the central kindergarten in Bujanovac, as well as groups of children from Veliki Trnovac and elementary school "Branko Radicevic".
"Children's openness and sincerity give us the impetus to continue working. I wish them a bright future," Mr. Kamberi said.
On the occasion of Children's Week, which is, this year, celebrated under the slogan "Children Should Enjoy Each and Every of Their Rights” and lasts from October 7 to 13, Mr. Aleksic says that the institution he manages has prepared a number of activities.
“On Monday we had a performance in the town square. We are visiting the Mayor today, while on Wednesday we will continue celebrating Children's Week by visiting and socializing with groups of Roma children. On Thursday, we will have a performance at the central kindergarten, while we will end the activities with a sports day on Friday, "Mr. Aleksic said.
