The sixth Belgrade Youth Fair, the largest career event in the region, will be held in Serbia on October 29 and 30 this year, in an interactive online format, where young people will have the opportunity to connect with many employers and thus secure an internship or employment, but also gain a great deal of knowledge for which they will receive a free certificate. The program will last from 10 am to 5 pm, and will consist of a fair and conference part.

The goal of this online event is to connect young people with employers, companies and institutions, as well as to provide the opportunities for expanding their knowledge in various fields through free lectures, workshops and education, but also to acquaint the young with the functioning of the most successful companies in the region and hear what it looks like to be part of such a team.

Miloš Čevizović, the Project Manager, emphasizes the following:

“This year, due to the pandemic that we are all faced with, the Belgrade Youth Fair will be organized in an interactive online format, but it will fulfill all the expectations of the candidates and employers. Numerous internship and employment programs and benefits that each of the companies can offer will be presented this year as well, and all those present will be able to participate in interview simulations, CV counseling, as well as in numerous workshops, prize quizzes and panel discussions. This year, an even larger number of different employers are expected, so there will be more chances to find an internship / job and learn new skills".

Some of the topics of the conference part of the project will be:

• How to look for a job and how to prepare for an interview;

• What you need to know from the legal viewpoint when being hired and signing an employment contract;

• Career path of successful people;

• How to find the ideal job;

• Marketing and HR trends, business and information technology.

Students and graduates, as well as people looking for a new job, can start sending their CVs for internships/jobs via the website www.youthfair.rs/prijavi-se/ , and they will be forwarded and available to all companies participating in the fair by the end of the year.
