Belgrade – The Minister for European Integration, Jadranka Joksimovic, and the Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Sem Fabrizi, signed an agreement on hiring 200 medical workers, who will be providing help with the fight against the coronavirus epidemic, and whose engagement will be enabled by EU funds.
The agreement includes financing the employment of up to 200 additional medical workers for the purpose of increasing Serbia's capacity to fight against COVID-19. Those medical workers will be hired for a period of six months, while the funds that the EU has earmarked for that purpose amount to around one million euros.
