Bujanovac – At the beginning of 2020, the Basic Court in Bujanovac had 3,873 pending cases, as well as another 14,399 during the year.  

12,246 cases were solved, while 2,153 of them remained for this year.

Appeals to 756 court decisions were filed and 411 decisions were confirmed.  79 decisions were changed, 157 were partially changed, and 109 were revoked.

The court stated that the total quality of its work was 98.07%.

The court ended last year with 122 cases that were more than 10 years old.

These data were presented as part of a joint statement given by of the Presidents of the High Court in Vranje, the Basic Court in Vranje, the Basic Court in Bujanovac and the Basic Court in Surdulica, with the court units in Vladicin Han and Bosilegrad.

This was preceded by a meeting of the Presidents of the Courts, at which the reports on the work of each of the aforementioned courts for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2020 were discussed.
