Presevo – According to the Customs Administration, customs officers prevented six people form illegally crossing the state boundary near Presevo. The illegal immigrants were discovered in a truck with the Slovak license plates, which was transporting over 22 tons of decorative marble from Greece to Slovakia.
Presevo – According to the Customs Administration, customs officers prevented six people form illegally crossing the state boundary near Presevo. The illegal immigrants were discovered in a truck with the Slovak license plates, which was transporting over 22 tons of decorative marble from Greece to Slovakia. While inspecting the truck, customs officers noticed that the cable on one side of the vehicle was slit, which was a sufficient indicator for carrying out a detailed search of the cargo. Upon opening the truck, customs officers found six Syrian nationals on the load of marble, who were then handed over to the police for further enforcing of the laws.
