Vranje, Presevo – In addition to several other towns and municipalities in Serbia, Vranje and Presevo have become part of the "State of Serbia in all the Villages of Serbia" campaign. This is a guarantee that a physician, a municipal official and a postman would be available to residents of the villages of those two places once a week.

The campaign was launched by Milan Krkobabic, Minister without Portfolio, while the local self-governments ought to provide the municipal official and the doctor. 

The "Post-Office of Serbia" will send its employee to the field, while there will be room in his/her vehicle for the municipal official and doctor.  The idea is to do medical examinations, provide local self-governments’ services and offer postal services on the movable postal counter until noon. The postman would begin delivering mail in the afternoon.

"The idea is to make it possible for public companies to better engage their resources and to bring a doctor, a municipal official and a postman to remote villages, which do not have a doctor even in the 21st century,” " Minister Krkobabic said.

Both the city of Vranje and the ​​local self-government in Presevo set five remotest villages in which the aforementioned three-member team would be working for three hours once a week.
