Bujanovac – Another “Sports against Violence” activity was undertaken at the “Branko Radicevic” primary school in Bujanovac. The said activity was organized by the Tennis Association of Serbia, the NIS Company, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, while the primary school students had the opportunity to enjoy the charms of the “white sport”.

The boys and girls from Bujanovac had the opportunity to learn the basic movements in tennis and enter for a short while the world of their idols – Novak Djokovic, Jelena Jankovic, Ana Ivanovic and other tennis players.

The “Sports against Violence” activity once again showed that there are a lot of children interested in tennis and that little is needed to show to the youngest that going in for sports is a nice and healthy way of entertainment.

Since the beginning of October, over 4,000 children from nine cities in Serbia have taken part in the activity, which will be undertaken until the end of the school year.

Apart from tennis training, the children were presented with the gifts provided by the NIS Company, the long-standing general sponsor of the Tennis Association of Serbia, under its “Energy of Sports” program and the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy.

So far, the “Sports against Violence” activity has been held in Belgrade, Novi Becej, Novi Pazar , Prijepolje , Vrnjacka Banja, Kraljevo , Jagodina , Kragujevac , Uzice and Bujanovac, while it is yet to be held in Vladicin Han and Surdulica

(November 25),  Hrtkovci ( December 3), Nova Pazova (December 11 ) and Zajecar (December 17).
